Our guest of this podcast episode, Mariana Salinas (Harpreet), is convinced that energy is the language of the future:
“One of the characteristics of the Aquarius age is that we will know more through energy. People will know you from your aura - from your magnetic field, your vibration, your frequency. That’s how we will start recognising each other. So forget about printing business cards.”
Marina Salinas (Harpreet) is Kundalini Yoga Teacher and founder of Sadhana Works, a school of consciousness in Palma de Mallorca. She is sharing the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga and how practices like this can help us to strengthen our energy in order to deal with the challenges of life we are all facing.
Kat and Mariana are also exploring how our ancestors, especially all the women in our lineage, can support us in becoming whole again:
