This week I want to talk to you about feeling weighed down by circumstance, emotions, feelings and more and how if they feel too heavy, they are too heavy, and maybe you should think about putting them down!
I am a great believer in goal setting, being determined and pushing forward, but I am also a strong advocate for knowing when you have had enough, being kind to yourself and saying no when you need to.
