Today on the podcast I want to talk to you about your journey and why comparing yourself to the journey that other people are on is futile, damaging and will ultimately make you feel rubbish.
The journey that you are on started at a different time, you have different commitments, different experiences, different goals, different energies and more.
Comparing yourself at the start of your journey to somebody who is five years down the line is a sure fire way to despair!
