Have you ever been asked the question - what is sex? I mean, it's kind of just assumed right? We say 'sex' and we all know what we mean by that. Have you also ever heard what they say about assuming? Yeah. Ok. Enough snarkiness. I've asked A LOT of people what they mean when they say 'sex' and I never really get the same answer. So this thing that we assume that we are all talking about the same thing... we're not. And when we're not talking about the same thing and going off of assumptions, that can lead to breakdowns, upsets and even trauma.
