In this episode we recorded live in the tap room of Park City Brewing Company for the release of; Salt City Haze. The collaboration beer between Park City Brewing Company and the Salt City Suds Podcast. The beer is a Hazy Pale Ale and is definitely a beer packed with flavor.
We sit down with friends and family to talk about the HAZY, craft beer, Park City Brewing and much more. We are joined of course by Troy Higgins, head brewer at PCBC to talk about the collaboration and the beer itself. This is a fun and short episode.
I apologize for delaying the release of this episode as the podcast has been swamped.

Paul started his path in fermented beverages back in the 90's when his Dad was home brewing. From that point on beer has been on Pauls' radar. From his chemistry classes at UC Santa Barbara to home brewing and heading to UC Davis Master Brewers Program. Soon after that Paul was hired on at Bohemian Brewery and learned the ins and outs there for 9 years. Since then Paul has been at Unita Brewing Company for the past few+ years moving up from the QC department to overseeing the brewing/cellaring and QC departments.
