Gemma has worked in education for 12 years and is passionate about supporting children's mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. It was when she was working in her support role she discovered the power of Mini Me Yoga. Seeing the positive impact this programme can have on both children and the adults working with children, she decided to train as an ambassador. She is also an eft practitioner and uses other techniques such as the 5 awakening drawing sequence and story massage as tools to support children's wellbeing.
