The Detention Alternative for Autistic Youth Court (DAAY Court), a court supervised program for autistic youth in the justice system, works with autistic juvenile offenders and their families to provide access to the correct services needed. The first and only in the nation, DAAY Court was created in 2018 through the efforts of Judge Soonhee Bailey and her staff in the Eighth Judicial District Court.
