Conversation:
A: Honey, we've rented for a long time. Do you have any idea about buying our own house.亲爱的，我们已经租了很长时间的房子了，你想过要买属于我们自己的房子吗？
B: of course. I thought one before, but you know I have been busy recently.当然，我以前想过，但是你也知道我最近一直都很忙。
A: But buying a house is really important.不过买房子很重要啊。
B: Yes, it is. That's why we have to work hard and earn a great deal of money. 不错，那就是为什么我们要努力工作，赚很多钱的原因。
A: Now we should find a good realtor. 现在我们需要找个好的房地产经纪人。
B: Not necessarily. If we use a realtor to find a house, it will be more expensive. You have to pay them. 不需要，如果我们委托经纪人找房子，会比较贵，你要付他们钱。
A: But how can we find a house if we don't have a realtor?如果不找经纪人，我们要怎么找到房子呢？
