From his chemistry classes at UC Santa Barbara to home brewing and heading to UC Davis Master Brewers Program. Soon after that Paul was hired on at Bohemian Brewery and learned the ins and outs there for 9 years. Since then Paul has been at Unita Brewing Company for the past few+ years moving up from the QC department to overseeing the brewing/cellaring and QC departments.
