The season I'm in right now is... being pregnant AF lol. Tune in to hear my latest pregnancy updates. I share how I’m feeling physically and mentally, and what this season is teaching me about slowing down, resting, and creating space for the new life that’s about to join us.
In this episode, we explore the power of taking the pressure off, letting go of expectations that don’t serve us, and embracing where we are right now by honoring the season that we're in.
Choosing to live this way has removed SO much of the overthinking, judgment, and second guessing that used to be a regular part of the narrative in my brain. It has created WAY more inner peace and inner calm, and has helped me reach a place where I feel grounded and confident most of the time.
