In studio today we welcome Neil Bierbaum, he has been a life and executive coach since 2005 and has practised and taught meditation for more than 20 years, while operating in a business context.
He specialises in coaching clients towards the practical application of mindfulness for optimal performance, a result which he calls Personal Effectiveness.
He has worked with large corporates, SMEs, entrepreneurs and private clients – many of them looking to manage the enormous stress and increasing complexity in their work and personal lives and make sure they achieve their potential in an uncertain world.
In 2017 he teamed up with clinical psychologist and SADAG board member Dr Colinda Linde to develop the Practical Mindfulness programme and authored the book of the same name.
The path to personal mastery requires that we can stand comfortably within ourselves and be present, non-judgementally, which is a life long journey!
