This is where I take you through my life story. It's filled with mental illness, abuse, healing and humor. You're Doing It is a podcast I originally created to share what it was like to be raised by a mother with Borderline Personality Disorder. I continue to tell that story, but beginning in episode 07 I change lenses and start to see my own human faults and how they affect others. Through authentic and humorous storytelling, I hope to shed light on the effects of emotional abuse, mental illnesses, and our own flaws. In the future, I'm excited for this podcast to become a place where I help tell the stories of others as well. Thanks for joining me.
