It can prioritise need, from more routine aspects to serious issues, by applying machine learning to user inputs like questionnaires. Ultimately, the platform improves access to services and the patient journey. In a Series A funding round, they raised $14 million for product development and U.S expansion. The platform has been adopted by 40% of NHS talking therapies.
