You can end this year on a high. You can breeze off into the Christmas holidays with a healthy bank balance, having achieved your business goals and solidified your position as THE local real estate expert in your area. But you have to take action now. If you want to have loads of sellable listings in 2 months' time, you need to put the work in this week and next week to make it happen.


Real estate is all about delayed gratification. Actions we take now take weeks, months (sometimes years) to pay off. There are no shortcuts. You have to put in the work. However!
