做人，簡單就好。生活，寧靜就好。人生，簡單就快樂，生活，開心就高興！
為人：我們努力了，珍惜了，問心無愧。其他的，就交給命運。我們要時時刻刻去愛那些對我們好的人，忘掉那些不知珍惜我們的人。這世上，其實有許多簡單的幸福，而我們總是糾結於那些複雜的情緒，真的沒此必要。感謝那些看透了我們，卻還是願意一直陪在我們身邊的人。相信我們自己，總是吃別人不能吃的苦，走自己選擇的路。成功不是憑著夢想和希望，而我們也懂得那是憑著努力和實踐得來的。簡單的人，勤勞節儉，一切隨緣而安，不會為柴米油鹽而憂愁，自然從容。心閒是我們一生最好的福氣。再者，好習慣會帶給我們意想不到的收穫，無論如何，我們都要心存歡喜地培養好習慣。人生的軌跡，不一定是按照我們喜歡的方式運行，當遇到自己不喜歡，卻又無力改變的時候，我們唯一能做的，就是忍耐。忍過寂寞的黑夜，天就亮了。做人，真的簡單就好。生活，如能寧靜就好，在靜中，我們才能讓生命得到昇華、洗禮。生活中的安全感，是我們自己給的。享受每一刻的感覺，欣賞每一處的風景，就是人生。尊重別人，敬重自己；寬容別人，豁達自己；隨喜別人，富貴自己；幫助別人，幫助自己。真正有價值的東西，失去後才能體現出來，所以，我們要及時把握當下的人事物。每個普通的日子，其實都極不普通，需要我們全心面對，努力以赴。
處事：沒有不會做的事，只有不想做的事。人生就像賽跑，我們不在乎是否第一個到達終點，而卻要在乎有沒有跑完全程。只有承擔起旅途風雨，才能最終守住彩虹滿天。學習比學歷重要，堅強的心是發自我們內心的渴望。我們知道所經歷的一切困苦，其實都是暫時的。堅持明確的方向，常保強勁的動力，我們才能走向成功。比爾·蓋茲說：「想做的事，立刻去做！」不要光說不練。行動力就是執行力，一定要言出必行，只要我們相信，就真的能跑得到。人們總是想太多而做太少，強大的執行力，讓我們明白，什麼才是真正的努力。相信自己，勇敢面對挑戰，我們會從每一次的挫折中學習，再做最充分的準備，證明我們的能力，活出精彩的人生！
Confidence is not an innate, fixed characteristic. It’s an ability that can be acquired and improved over time. Individuals can gain a sense of confidence from personal and professional accomplishments. However, it’s easy to lose confidence if we believe we haven’t achieved anything. Therefore, when we make a list of all the things we’re proud of in our life, whether it’s getting a good mark on an exam or learning to surf, we’ll recognize again what we’re good at, and build confidence in our own abilities. Furthermore, it’s better for us to find something that we’re really passionate about. It could be photography, sports, knitting, dancing or anything else. When we’ve worked out our passion, we believe that we have worth. We can talk to ourselves nicely and go easy on ourselves because we know we have worth, even if we might struggle or make mistakes. To believe in ourselves, we must believe that we have good qualities and skills of our own no matter what. None of us come into this world having everything we have. So we should learn things, try to do things and keep on learning. Thus, we grow a little at a time, believing in ourselves a little more with each successful step we take forward. That’s the exact life. That’s the simple and worthy life.
