In today’s episode, Dr Vignesh Devraj is exploring the manogunas - that is the qualities of our mind. In Ayurveda, there are three specific qualities associated with the mind - Rajas, tamas and Satva. This episode discussed what each of these qualities stand for, whether one is better than the other or not and how to work with these qualities together to live a healthy life.
