Jaz'min Weaver has spent the last decade running bar programs in Metro-Detroit with a focus on being low-waste, seasonal, and craft forward. Her background includes beverage pairing to prix fixe menus that changed daily, complex mocktails, pairing fragrances to cocktails, pairing cocktails to oysters, immersive beverage experiences and teaching cocktail classes.
Jaz'min is a certified Bourbon Steward, LEE Initiative Mentee for the 2022 Class, former Secretary and Board Member of the Detroit chapter of the USBG. This path has led her to her current position of National Brand Ambassador for Bardstown Bourbon Company, where she is proud to contribute to building the modern bourbon experience.
