Today’s episode is about digging into the core of how we begin to see results with all of our attempts to have better health, get stronger, eat better, get to sleep, so on, etc… If you’re like me, these have been overwhelming at times, and we just want someone to tell us where to start, how to start. Well, the starting place for any place of growth or wanting real results is always getting ourselves organized. I’ve decided to do a 3-part series on getting ourselves organized with our health habits, and Today, I’m going to share with you some basic tips on how to start making progress on your goals with your eating habits.
