They explained that sleep training is separate from feeding and that nursing mothers can still feed their babies while teaching them to fall asleep independently. The impact of tongue tie issues on babies' sleep and feeding. They highlight how tongue tie can cause pain, gas, and disrupted sleep cycles, leading to sleep issues and difficulties with nursing and eating.
Meet Heather:
I'm Heather, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with BraveHeart Consulting. I'm from Waco, TX and I have 3 adventurous boys and a supportive hubby.
I founded BraveHeart Consulting in 2023, out of both pain and passion. I am so grateful to be able to start my own sleep consulting business, as I truly thrive working with parents to teach their little ones healthy sleep habits and pulling them out of those dark nights and chaotic days. I have been a certified sleep consultant for 3.5 years. Before that I was the admin of a large BabyWise Facebook community for 7 years, walking alongside moms and helping them troubleshoot as they implement this parent-directed sleep and feeding routine.
