Many survivors experience anxiety and stress as they prepare to face a trial centered around the death of their officer. It can be a long, stressful, and confusing process. This episode walks through the process and breaks down important moments to make them more manageable for you. We also talk about moments that can be traumatizing during the process and how you can better prepare yourself for the unknown.
