Today I talk about what OCD is (I am not a professional), since it is OCD awareness week! I express frustrations on stigmas and misconceptions such as when people assume I am so organized and clean, as well as my experienced advice when struggling to seek help or stay motivated to recover!! I also answer a dear abbey question about whether or not to go back to a complicated ex!
Also, don’t be shy…call 909-817-1742 to leave a Dear Abbey voicemail aka.. you call and leave a voicemail asking for some advice on something silly or serious then I will play it and answer it hopefully in the next episode!
