Romans 8:1 '"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." Jesus condemned sin in his flesh so that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us.

Similarly, Galatians 3:13 reveals, "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us." Jesus bore our sins and took on the punishment we deserved, making us righteous before God.

There is a difference between God's correction and His wrath. While God does correct His children, it is out of love and not anger or wrath. By understanding the depth of Christ's sacrifice and the truth that God is not condemning us, believers can overcome other sources of condemnation, whether from the enemy or self-inflicted.

1 John 4:17-18 emphasizes the perfection of love, stating that it allows us to be bold in the day of judgment because we are like Him in this world. The passage also highlights that there is no fear in love, as perfect love drives out fear. A deeper revelation of God's love and your identity in Christ will free you from condemnation.
