The gut, also known as the gastrointestinal tract, plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being. It is responsible for digesting food, absorbing nutrients, and eliminating waste from the body. However, the gut is also home to a complex ecosystem of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi, that collectively make up the gut microbiome.

Research has shown that there is a strong connection between the gut and the brain. The gut microbiome produces neurotransmitters that can affect mood and behavior. An imbalanced gut microbiome has been linked to a range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. Regular gut cleaning can help maintain a healthy gut microbiome, which in turn can support better mental health.
