No one goes through life without comparing themselves to others, and we shouldn't! Comparison can be done wrong with damaging effects causing anxiety and low self-esteem, but when used properly, it can bring the best out of you!
Today's episode is about why we compare ourselves in the first place when it is just downright useless and damaging and I'll share when it is actually beneficial and how you can use it to work for you.
