In this episode I discuss having a great weekend with my best friend Johnny Boy and his family as well as the feelings it brought up being back in my hometown on Long Island. I discuss reframing my thoughts on certain feelings I had while there, how I dealt with restarting a relationship with a family member I had not spoken with in a year as well as learning to enjoy the journey and not be so focused on an end goal because honestly life goes too fast and I think we all need to be in the moment a little more!
