Carolyn Hollingsworth is an inspiration. She is an elite athlete who is an internationally known open water swimmer who has also completed several marathons, triathlons, and even an Ironman competition. She also happens to have Lupus, a difficult chronic autoimmune condition. Despite her health challenges, she uses fitness and her love of the outdoors to help keep her condition under control. Next year at 60 years old Carolyn will compete in another Iron Man competition. She is a true thriver!
