This week we talk to Bryce Franck. We discuss De-Escalation and what it means for Law Enforce.
Bryce started his career as a Sheriff in Illinois 23 years ago. He became an adjunct defensive tactics trainer in 2001.He currently supervises the training division for 130 patrol deputies and 180 corrections officers. Bryce is a certified defensive tactics instructor, firearms instructor, CPR, first aid, tactical medical instructor, de-escalation instructor, in custody death prevention instructor, and active shooter response instructor. He is also a certified analyst with Force Science, certified crisis negotiator through the FBI, Northwestern University school of police staff in command graduate.
AS a martial artist, Bryce is a retired professional kickboxer and MMA fighter. He held the US Muay Thai heavyweight title and was ranked in the top three in the world. He is currently a purple belt in BJJ and compete active.
Bryce is the co-owner of F2 Training Systems. Where they focus on use of force training for police, corrections, and private security. We are also branching into open enrollment courses for civilians
