In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about some tips and tricks for consistency. I give out exercises to every single patient that I have and sometimes, consistency becomes an issue. The biggest stumbling block that I believe why my patients fail to do what I ask them to do is because they think of it as exercises. In their mind, you have to allocate a special time of day, use special shoes and a special outfit, have a certain space, and the like.

However, that should not be the case that’s why I made this podcast. I want you to know more about how you can make these little changes and shifting your mindset regarding these exercises.
