The different ways the fight/flight response shows up:

  • Catastrophising
  • Hyper-vigilance
  • Over educating or intellectualising
  • Self protection
  • Beliefs that you are doing things wrong
  • Self blame
  • Strict routines
  • Restrtictive diets
  • Lack of hope, belief, or trust
  • Obsessive thinking, being preoccupied
  • Identifying with pain and being a sick person
  • Always looking up Dr. Google
