Ilana Muhlstein, Dietitian Nutritionist, Educator, Published Author, Mom and Health Enthusiast Ilana Muhlstein M.S., R.D.N. is an acclaimed public speaker and influencer in the health space. She is also a contributing writer for distinguished publications including The Journal of Obesity, and has been featured in the LA Times, The Washington Post, Reader’s Digest, SHAPE, Health and Women’s Health.

By the time Ilana was 13 years old, she weighed over 200 pounds and struggled with losing weight, emotional eating and diets that didn’t work. Through her journey of ups and downs, she took incredible initiative and turned her struggle into an opportunity for growth, resilience and positive change.
Ilana created the popular weight-loss program called the
2B Mindset™ based on her experience, advanced education, and her hundreds of personal clients both at UCLA and in private practice. Over 200,000 participants have joined the program since its inception. And has since launched The Mindset Membership as well as her new book You Can Drop It!
In this episode, Ilana shares her incredible weight loss journey and shared some key tips that you can implement right away for healthier living and eating.
