A self-educated food fanatic and trained sushi chef, he has kept a journal of every restaurant he’s eaten in since 1995. His passion for cooking in all its forms (not to mention football) shines as they discuss the very best (and worst) of American cuisine. He also comes up with a sumptuous barbecue recipe in our challenge.
