Bryan Seddens had a goal and a dream to one day let Missouri senators and representatives know just what their Department of Corrections had done to him, especially because he served time for a crime that he didn't commit. He got that wish on Jan 23, 2023, when he was able to testify before the Missouri Senate Committee and explain to them how deeply 31 years of incarceration had affected him.
