In this interview Health, Wellth & Wisdom Podcast episode, podcast host Nicole Hagen interviews 1:1 Nutrition Coaching graduate, Jessica Tachet. When Jessica initially applied for 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, she felt like she had hit a plateau with her progress and was navigating unwanted weight gain. She was using the tools she had to prioritize her health, but wasn’t seeing results that appropriately reflected the time and energy she was putting in.
Throughout the episode, Jessica talks about how the accountability of coaching helped her to make significantly more progress than she was able to make on her own and how the progress she made - in her body composition and her relationship with food - has left her feeling like a completely different person. Jessica worked hard to build lean muscle, lose body fat, and master the skill of confident maintenance over the past two years and her transformation is truly incredible. Not only is Jessica proud of the progress she’s made, but she’s thankful for the time she’s gotten back now that she’s no longer subscribing to Diet Culture food rules.
