In today’s episode, I’m talking about why should we, as Christians, be looking after our bodies? Why does our physical health matter? This is such an important topic because understanding our ‘why’ behind all that we do when it comes to health and wellness will keep us going when things get a bit tough, or life throws us a curveball. When you know how amazing your body is, and how important it is to steward this gift well, then it’ll make you want to do all you can to manage your energy levels so that you can step into the purpose for which God created you in this world. You can get excited about living up to your fullest potential and making a real impact!
