Do you feel some people don’t treat you with the respect that you deserve?
The people in your life who don’t appreciate you, take advantage of you, or just don’t treat you the way you’d like to be treated.
Growing up we’re taught to be nice. We’re taught to let it go when people sh*t on us.
We’re told to keep in our feelings of anger and try to convince ourselves that it’s not too bad.
But if we don’t stand up for ourselves when people do, we’ll never get the respect that we deserve.
If we want to live happier lives, improve relationships, and get the respect we deserve-- then we need to change the way we deal with others.
