As we continue with our topic of Teen Mental Health Awareness, we shared some alarming statistics and concluded that no lasting results will happen until we meet people where they are. I intentionally posed this question to Believers because it wasn't until 13 years ago that I understood Mental Health and how it affected my spirit, soul, and body. 🤔 How can you help anyone that is having a mental health crisis if you don't first understand what it is? 😯 If parents and caregivers of teens want to see them THROUGH the crisis, we must understand what mental health is AND how to PROPERLY apply the Word of God to the situation.
