We sit down with Michellie Jones, whose lengthy athletic resume includes winning the Silver Medal in triathlon in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Ironman World Championships, ITU World Championships (twice!), and many other accomplishments in her 30+ years of racing competitively. Michellie Jones is the head coach at GiddyUp Multisports Coaching, based out of southern California. She is a Certified Ironman Coach, USAT Level 1 Coach, Training Peaks Level 1 Coach, and TriDot Coach. Her philosophy revolves around the belief that dreams are meant to be lived and her motto is “Dream It! Believe It! Live It!”. Her athletic accomplishments include 2-time ITU World Champion, Ironman World Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist, and Paralympic Gold Medalist.
