In this episode, I will share with you the FOUR types of eating with the hope you can categorise your eating habits and identify your eating behaviors. We all eat for different reasons - but they all fall into one of these four categories.

✔️ Emotional Eating
✔️ Mindless Eating
✔️ Habitual Eating
