This week in the Kick Some ADHD podcast, we are going to take a different twist on getting started. Specifically, how to jumpstart your day so it’s productive and you get the important stuff done.

It’s so hard for people with ADHD to get started but THIS is the key. Once you start, you will usually continue. An ADHD adult in motion stays in motion.

So how do you decide where to start?

You have basically two choices – start with the easy things and then move to the hard thing or start with the hard thing and move to the easy things.
