On this episode of Le Run Down I learnt a bunch about movement and why it's important for runners with triathlete, chiropractor, and elite runner Garrett De Young.
Growing up, he was a multisport athlete who got exposed to a variety of sports, and found himself excelling at running. Competing at a high level helped Garrett see the challenges athletes face and how many lacked general strength and mobility.
He is now a professional in the space, helping athletes to not only move better in sport but also in life.
