Abigail Olson began her culinary career at age 15 when she was accepted into a vocational school food program. She graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America by age 19. By the ripe old age of 24, she became the first female Senior Sous Chef at the Michelin Three-Star restaurant Alinea in Chicago.
