You'll no doubt have heard about how nervous system regulation can help you manage stress and you've probably heard about Polyvagal theory, but do you know how an understanding of the two can help you feel better?
In this episode my guest, Functional Medicine Health Coach, Sam Shrosbree and I discuss the basics of Polyvagal theory and how with knowledge of just the basics, you can be empowered to make changes to your behaviour and habits that will vastly improve your day-to-day experience of life.
