This week has been so tough for me. I have felt the URGES to go and get back on the workaholic / sex-addict train.
However, I have felt so much love and presence with my relationship, family, hobbies. But there is a part of me that feels like LIFE SUCKS without the RUSH baby. It’s honestly been really hard to stay the course. One main reason is because without the rush, I am left sitting with all these real, painful, fears and insecurities. I have learned this week, that one of the greatest aspects to being an addict is the numbing effect on inner pain.
In this episode I talk about how work has been like a dr*g for me, and how I am beginning to uncover the unconscious behaviors that drive me to work from a compulsive place. We see progress!
