To love your body is to love yourself. You have to be intentional about what you put in your body because it will affect your way of life and your value of living. It will affect the decisions you make when it comes to nutrition. Loving your body is understanding that you only have one to live in for the rest of your life and that you need it. How we treat our bodies speaks to our quality of life. I understand that some people have challenges that will impact the quality of life. However, that shouldn’t be a reason to not love your body. Exercise and good nutrition and hydration are just a few ways of how we show our bodies gratitude. Our bodies have a lot to experience while we make it through the day. So we want to have our body in the most optimum shape so that we can always be in a position to improve our quality of life. We improve the quality of our lives by taking care of our body and loving our body. We also improve the quality of life of those that love us, and that we love.
