One common myth about physical health is: “You need to work out for hours every day to stay fit.

In reality, short, consistent workouts—like 20-30 minutes a day—can be highly effective for maintaining physical health. Quality often matters more than quantity.

Tool I will share with you: Belief Audit Worksheet – A guided worksheet where you can identify limiting beliefs, explore their origins, and rewrite them into empowering truths.

Strategy: Affirmation Practice – Create and repeat daily affirmations that directly challenge your limiting beliefs.
