He discusses how he was able to deal with these situations through faith, and support from his wife Ann, and the power of forgiveness. Mario A. Guerra was the Mayor of the city of Downey, CA, from 2006-2014. He is a Catholic clergy, business owner, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the U.S. Army, and Author of the book Embracing Change: An Immigrant Saga. Dn.
