Miguel Chavez, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Miguel has a private Practice in Whitter, CA as well as a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/MiggyElite/featured). His videos are related to things he has dealt with as a homeowner, his passion for electronics, and his love for food and grilling. His main purpose in making videos is to help other people learn something or solve a problem. In the interview, we discussed Miguel’s challenges growing up in South Central, CA, with an older brother with mental illness and his personal experience with individual therapy.
