1.PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION RESUMES AS TYPHOON PASSESS

台风过境，公共交通恢复运营

Subway train operations returned to normal at 6am today after the typhoon had passed into Jiangsu Province. Flights also resumed at both Pudong and Hongqiao airports this morning. Zhang Yue tells us the story.

今早（9/15）6点台风已过境浙江，地铁恢复运营。上海浦东和虹桥机场的航班今早（9/15）也恢复运行。张悦带来更多详细报道。

Some residents decided to go home early last night after some trains were suspended at 9pm. Shuttle buses were on standby【待命】 at some major subway stations to connect with bus routes. This morning, Pengpu Xincun Station on Line 1 was operating normally at 6am. Operations also resumed at Shanghai’s two airports after the typhoon had passed. Trains were given the green light to resume at noon. With ferry services still suspended along the Huangpu River, traffic police were guiding scooter drivers through tunnels this morning. In Songjiang District, students were allowed to arrive 2 hours late this morning due to lingering effects of the storm. Schools reopened in Fengxian District this afternoon after morning classes were canceled.

部分市民昨晚回家很早，因为部分铁路线路昨晚9点停运。重要地铁站点仍有班车待命，接送乘客到公车点。今早（9/15）6点，1号线彭浦新村站恢复运营。台风过境后，上海两处机场也恢复正常。铁路线获准于中午恢复运营。黄浦江渡船服务仍然暂停，交警今早指挥市民骑摩托车通过隧道。在松江区，由于台风影响，学生今早可以迟到2个小时。奉贤区学校今早（9/15）停课，下午重新开放。

新政策出台支持长三角一体化发展

Seventeen policies to boost【推动】 development in the Yangtze River Delta Ecology and Greenery Integration Demonstration Zone were released today. Zhang Hong tells us more.

日前（9/15），17条政策出台，旨在推动长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区建设。张泓带来更多详细报道。

The policies cover everything from science and technology innovation and carbon reduction to the business environment and social governance【治理】. New impetus will be injected into science and technology innovation through high-tech industry parks.

政策覆盖科技创新赋能、减碳、营商环境优化、社会治理。高科技产业园将为科学技术创新注入新动力。

We will promote cooperation between world famous universities and the demonstration zone to advance science and technology innovation and industry transformation. We will also make full use of scientific and educational resources in the delta and work with market entities【实体】 and universities to achieve significant【重要的】 outcomes.

瞄准国家重大战略需求和产业共性关键技术，推动全球大院名校与示范区合作，促进科技创新和产业转型，充分借助长三角区域内的科教创新资源，联合龙头企业、高校进行协同攻关，产出一批重大标志性成果。

A coordinated supervision and management mechanism for customs clearance will be established.

Shanghai Customs established a coordinated supervision and management mechanism with Nanjing Customs on a trial basis last year. Next, Shanghai Customs will improve coordination with Nanjing and Hangzhou Customs to facilitate cross-border e-commerce【电商】 within the Yangtze River Delta region.

去年，上海海关与南京海关已就跨境电商出口转关业务进行了初步尝试，初步实现属地清关 转关运输口岸出境全流程监管操作。下一步，上海海关作为牵头单位，将在海关总署的指导下进一步加强与南京海关、杭州海关的协调配合，持续优化长三角跨境电商出口转关模式。

A system to solve labor disputes across the region will also be established to protect workers. So far, 88 institutional achievements have been made in the demonstration zone, and 38 are now being promoted nationwide.

同时，示范区还将建立体系解决劳动纠纷问题，保护劳动者。截至目前，示范区共取得88项制度成果，其中38项已面向全国复制推广。

3.SPOKESMAN: ZELENSKYY IN CAR ACCIDENT, NO SERIOUS INJURIES

发言人称泽连斯基发生车祸，但无大碍

A spokesperson for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy yesterday said the leader’s car collided with another vehicle while returning from visiting the front, but he was not seriously injured.

乌总统发言人称，泽连斯基的座驾昨天（9/14）在前线视察返回途中与一辆汽车发生碰撞。但泽连斯基并无大碍。

Zelenskyy was returning to Kyiv from the Kharkiv region, where he was visiting troops in the recaptured city of Izium. The driver of the other vehicle received first aid from Zelenskyy’s medical team, and was taken away by ambulance.

泽连斯基当时是前往乌军“收复”的哈尔科夫州伊久姆视察，在返回基辅的途中发生事故。另一辆相撞汽车的司机第一时间得到泽连斯基医疗团队的救治，并由救护车带走。

The European Commission proposed a set of new measures yesterday to mitigate【缓和】 the effect of the soaring prices of energy and electricity. She said that the measures include a cap on electricity producers’ profits that would raise 140 billion U.S. dollars to soften the impact on consumers.

昨天（9/14），欧盟委员会提出一系列措施缓解能源和电力价格飙升带来的影响。欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩提出包括限制电力供应商利润的举措，该措施将筹集1400亿美元，减缓对消费者的冲击。

The Kremlin said in a statement that Russian President Vladimir Putin and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres had a telephone discussion on grain【谷物】 exports yesterday. During the call, the UN chief detailed the measures taken by the Secretariat and the specialized UN agencies regarding the removal of all obstacles to the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets.
