Hi Mamas,

As working moms, we’re constantly navigating the push and pull of work, family, and societal expectations… often losing sight of our own definition of success. Today’s quote, “Define success on your own terms, achieve it by your own rules, and build a life you're proud to live,” by Anne Sweeney, is your reminder to hit pause and rewrite the playbook. In this episode, I break down what it really means to define success for yourself, create rules that work for your life, and take small, intentional steps toward building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

💖 My challenge for you this week mamas is to:

  1. Listen: to Episode 162
  2. Reflect: after you listen take 10 minutes to journal what success means to you in this season of life—at work, at home, and for yourself. Write it down. Be honest.
  1. Rewrite the Rules: Identify one “rule” you feel trapped by like “I have to be available 24/7 for work”) and rewrite it in a way that serves you (e.g., “I will not check emails after dinner”).
  2. Take Action: Choose one small step to move toward the life you want—a boundary, a goal, or a change.
