Tara Garrison is a certified personal trainer and mom of 4. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Certified Neurotyping Coach and a Metabolic Analytics practitioner. She specializes in the ketogenic diet and helps people build muscle and lose fat on keto through a targeted ketogenic approach. Tara trained for and ran the Boston Marathon in 2017 in ketosis.
